CoreFleet Solutions is expanding its delivery network in the Sacramento region. The role focuses on local deliveries, with occasional trips to the Bay Area. You will operate a company vehicle, ensure safe handling of goods, and provide courteous customer service while helping promote the brand during downtime.

The position emphasizes reliability, adherence to safety policies, and willingness to grow with the company in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license for the assigned vehicle (Class C; Class A is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record and meet company auto insurance eligibility.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50–75 lbs.
• Flexible schedules including occasional Saturdays and regional trips.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of traffic regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, customer‑service oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas.

CoreFleet Solutions is a growing California-based company specializing in workforce staffing, data center services, and logistics solutions.

We're expanding our delivery and fleet operations throughout the Sacramento region and are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated individual who wants to grow with our company.

As a developing logistics business, we do not have guaranteed delivery routes every day. Delivery schedules depend on customer demand. When deliveries are not scheduled, the employee will help promote CoreFleet Solutions by operating our company-branded vehicle along designated marketing routes throughout the Sacramento region during peak traffic hours.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Transportation

• Perform local deliveries throughout Sacramento, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, El Dorado Hills, and surrounding areas.
• Complete occasional scheduled trips between Folsom and the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Safely transport packages, equipment, supplies, and other client goods.
• Verify delivery contents, maintain accurate records, and obtain required signatures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing transported items.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Fleet Operations & Marketing

• When deliveries are not scheduled, operate the company-branded vehicle along designated Sacramento-area marketing routes during peak traffic hours to increase brand visibility.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while complying with all traffic and safety laws.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the company vehicle.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report maintenance issues, vehicle damage, and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with fleet preparation, inventory checks, warehouse activities, and other assigned logistics tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 50–75 lbs, with reasonable accommodation or appropriate assistance where applicable.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional Saturdays and regional trips.
• Strong understanding of safe driving practices and traffic regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and following assigned routes.
• Willingness to assist with different operational responsibilities as the company grows.

Employment Requirements & Background Screening

All employment offers are conditional upon satisfactory completion of applicable pre-employment screening.

Selected candidates will be required to complete applicable screening, which may include:

• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review to verify driving history and license eligibility.
• Criminal background check conducted after a conditional offer of employment.
• Verification of prior employment and relevant driving experience, when applicable.
• Commercial auto insurance driver eligibility review.
• Other lawful, job-related screening required by company policy or applicable regulations.

No employee will be permitted to operate a CoreFleet Solutions vehicle until all required screening and driver eligibility requirements have been completed and written driving authorization has been granted.

Drug, Alcohol & Driving Safety Requirements

CoreFleet Solutions maintains a drug- and alcohol-free workplace and enforces a strict zero-impairment policy for all driving-related responsibilities.

• Operating a company vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited.
• Employees must not report to work or perform assigned duties while impaired.
• Alcohol consumption and unlawful drug use during working hours or while operating company vehicles are prohibited.
• Employees must comply with all applicable company safety policies and lawful, job-related testing requirements.
• Drivers must immediately report any condition that could affect their ability to safely operate a vehicle.

All workplace policies and screening practices are administered in accordance with applicable California and federal laws.

• Hourly Pay: 20–24, depending on experience and qualifications.

What to Expect

CoreFleet Solutions is still developing its delivery network and expanding its customer base.

Deliveries may not be scheduled every day. During non-delivery periods, the primary assignment will be driving designated marketing routes throughout Sacramento and surrounding communities to help build brand recognition and attract future business.

Additional assignments may include fleet preparation, warehouse support, inventory handling, and general logistics operations.
