Position Overview: This role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to various retail locations, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving delivery vehicles, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and handling daily cash and charge settlements. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive position requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling high volumes of cases (20-45 pounds each), along with reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising, often under various weather conditions. Long work hours may be necessary during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
2. Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic maneuvering.
3. Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
4. Merchandise and rotate products according to local standards, including building displays and removing outdated items.
5. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
6. Build positive relationships with primary contacts at each account.
7. Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
8. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
