This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to various retail locations such as convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver is responsible for unloading products, stocking shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers, and setting up promotional materials like signs and banners. Generating invoices and settling cash and charges daily are also key duties, along with frequent interaction with store management.

This role is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. It also involves reaching, squatting, bending, and working in various weather conditions. During peak seasons, long hours may be necessary.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
2. Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including driving, maneuvering, and backing up.
3. Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
4. Merchandise and rotate products according to local standards, including filling shelves, building displays, rotating stock, cleaning, and removing outdated items.
5. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products to and from trucks.
6. Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
7. Follow operational procedures, including scanning in/out and adhering to routes.
8. Communicate effectively with customers, building rapport and attentiveness to their needs.
9. Comply with DOT regulations.
10. Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
