This position involves delivering products to stores on an established route or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. (average of 15-20 stops per day). The driver is responsible for unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, and generating invoices. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive job requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each), as well as reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising in various weather conditions. Long hours may be required during peak seasons.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products according to local standards, including building displays, rotating stock, and removing outdated products.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
• Comply with operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
