Job Description

This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking store shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and handling daily cash and charge settlements. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive job requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases daily (20-45 pounds per case). It involves reaching, squatting, bending during deliveries and merchandising across various weather conditions. Long hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
2. Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic maneuvering.
3. Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
4. Merchandise and rotate products according to standards, including building displays and removing out-of-date items.
5. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
6. Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
7. Adhere to operating procedures and DOT regulations.
8. Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
