Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers is seeking a reliable team member for a store-based delivery role. You will drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise, helping customers understand product use while representing the Aaron’s brand.

The position offers competitive hourly pay, scheduled hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including time off, insurance options, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 in the US (18 in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products for delivery.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
