Job summary

Border States in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations by delivering materials to customer sites and branches. You will maintain vehicle condition, log daily activities, and ensure accurate paperwork for shipments.

You will also be responsible for loading/unloading, following safety regulations, and coordinating with drivers and carriers for efficient shipping. Excellent customer service is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse distribution experience including forklift operation and knowledge of electrical products/systems preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Current medical certification required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Internet; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to Border States branches and customer sites per business needs.
• Maintain delivery vehicle in clean, good working condition and monitor maintenance/mileage data.
• Schedule DOT/state mandated inspections and keep logs and records up to date.
• Load and unload materials; provide customer service and accuracy in deliveries.
