Job summary

Border States in Reno, NV is seeking a Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations by delivering materials to customer sites and branches. The role includes maintaining the vehicle, driving logs, and ensuring safety and customer service excellence.

The position requires loading/unloading materials, following DOT/state inspections, and coordinating with carriers as needed. Prior driving experience with a clean record is preferred and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Current medical certification is required.
• Clean driving record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to Border States branches and customer sites.
• Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition and track maintenance data.
• Schedule DOT/state mandated inspections and maintain logs.
• Load and unload materials; provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers when needed.
• Possibly perform warehouse functions such as order filling and stock management.
