Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a delivery associate in Rhode Island to safely deliver orders and pick up returns. You will create records, dispatch orders, generate manifests, and ensure accurate, timely handling of merchandise.

The role requires reliable attendance, basic math, strong customer service, and the ability to read safety procedures. You will operate forklifts/pallet jacks and use a handheld RF device while maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the country of application.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedures.
• Excellent customer service and reliability; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders using a vehicle or coordinate pickup of returns safely and courteously.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Process orders, generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and store merchandise by part and quantity for easy retrieval.
• Ensure customer orders are located, picked up, and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers when needed and maintain documents.
• Other duties may be assigned.
