Job summary

Worldpac in Randolph, MA is seeking a reliable Delivery Associate to join our team. You will deliver orders and pick up returns using a company vehicle, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout each shift.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, good customer service, and strong attention to detail. You will also handle records, order confirmations, and basic math while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Eligible to work in the country applying.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
Must meet state requirements prior to driving a company vehicle.
Customer service experience and going above and beyond.
Attention to detail and critical thinking.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to read safety rules, instructions and procedures.
Safe operation of equipment including forklift and pallet jack.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner.
Create and maintain records as needed.
Dispatch, confirm customer order and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
Sorts, organizes and prepares merchandise from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas by part and quantity.
Ensure that customer orders are located, picked up and signed for.
Collects funds from customers if needed and maintains all necessary documents.
Other duties may be assigned.
