Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to operate established routes, deliver products, and pick up returns. The role also covers shipping/receiving responsibilities at the branch, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• State/province driver requirements met before driving company vehicle.
• Demonstrates great customer service and going above and beyond.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Reliable attendance and punctual.
• Safe operation of equipment and clean work environment.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to drive safely and adhere to safety standards.
• Proficient with computer and handheld RF device.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders using a vehicle in a safe, courteous manner.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch orders, confirm customer order, generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for storage or other designated areas.
• Ensure orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers if needed and maintain documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
