Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to operate routes, deliver products and/or pick up returns, and handle shipping/receiving at the branch. Role requires high school diploma, valid license, and clean MVR; forklift/pallet jack skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
Able to read and follow safety rules and procedures.
Great customer service and reliability.
Safe driving, punctuality and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn branch operations.
Able to operate forklift and pallet jack.
Basic math skills and ability to use a handheld RF device.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner.
Create and maintain records as needed.
Dispatch, confirm customer order and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
Sorts, organizes and prepares merchandise from receiving or the production areas to storage or to other designated areas, by part and quantity.
Ensure that customer orders are located, picked up and signed for.
Collects funds from customers if needed and maintains all necessary documents.
Other duties may be assigned.
