Job summary

Wright Beverage Distributing is seeking safety‑mocused CDL B drivers to join our Le Roy, NY team. You will deliver beer and beverages to retail customers, building strong relationships while ensuring DOT compliance and safe operation of company vehicles.

This full‑time role offers a 4‑day work week with home daily, paid training, excellent health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. Successful candidates will lift and move products and may operate forklifts or hand trucks

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NYS Class B CDL and clean driving record.
• Experience in beverage distribution or transportation is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer, beverages and other products to retail customers in the service area.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Safely operate company vehicles while complying with DOT regulations.
• Verify, unload, and complete paperwork as required.
• Return empties, pallets, and undelivered product to the warehouse.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a professional appearance.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver beer, beverages, and other products to retail customers throughout our service area.
• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Safely operate company vehicles while maintaining DOT compliance.

• Collect payments and complete delivery paperwork when required.
• Return empties, pallets, and undelivered product to the warehouse.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid NYS Class B CDL
• Clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move product throughout the workday.
• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically active position requiring lifting, stacking, and moving beverage products throughout the day. Drivers should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and unloading activities.
