Job summary

Moove is hiring a delivery driver in the United States. Hours vary and you are home daily.

The role offers a competitive starting salary and a $1,000 sign-on bonus where applicable, plus major medical/dental/vision, 401k matching, PTO and more. Responsibilities include delivering on a safe, efficient schedule, loading/unloading up to 65 lbs, maintaining proper documentation, delivering excellent customer service, and staying compliant with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• DOT medical card required.
• At least one year of driving/ delivery experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission, if applicable.
• Good customer service skills.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries safely and per DOT regulations.
• Follow daily delivery schedule and optimize routes.
• Load/unload deliveries; must lift/move up to 65 lbs.
• Obtain and maintain delivery authorizations and CODs; submit timely.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain appearance.
• Ensure orders and documentation are accurate; relay messages to management.
• Maintain CDL, endorsements, and DOT physical card.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinates the most efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times and alternate routes
• Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs and submit in a timely manner
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance
• Ensure orders and documentation received are accurate
• Ensure customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate management
• Maintain valid commercial driver's license, endorsements and DOT physical card
• Perform other related duties as assigned
