Job summary

Moove is seeking a delivery driver to transport and deliver goods in a safe, efficient manner. You will follow schedules, load and unload packages, and maintain accurate delivery documentation while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a DOT medical card, and at least one year of experience. HS diploma or GED is required; manual transmission ability is a plus. EOE.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner following DOT regulations.
• Follow the daily delivery schedule and optimize routes.
• Load/unload deliveries, up to 65 lbs.
• Obtain and maintain delivery paperwork and CODs.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain appearance.
• Ensure orders and documentation are accurate.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinates the most efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times and alternate routes
• Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs and submit in a timely manner
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance
• Ensure orders and documentation received are accurate
• Ensure customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate management
• Maintain valid commercial driver’s license, endorsements and DOT physical card
• Perform other related duties as assigned
