Job summary

Moove is seeking a delivery driver based in Irving, TX. You will be responsible for delivering goods Monday through Friday, returning home daily, and adhering to DOT regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• DOT medical card required.
• Minimum one year of delivery experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations.
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinate efficient deliveries using knowledge of customer schedules and routes.
• Safely load/unload deliveries; ability to lift/move up to 65lbs.
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and documentation including CODs.
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ensure orders and documentation are accurate.
• Relay customer messages to management as needed.
• Maintain valid CDL, endorsements and DOT medical card.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinates the most efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times and alternate routes
• Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs and submit in a timely manner
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance
• Ensure orders and documentation received are accurate
• Ensure customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate management
• Maintain valid commercial driver’s license, endorsements and DOT physical card
• Perform other related duties as assigned
