Job Opportunity: Class A CDL Driver

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full-time Class A CDL Driver at our Kalamazoo, MI location. The primary responsibility is to deliver healthcare supplies to facilities such as hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, with some warehouse duties and overtime as needed.

Essential Functions:

1. Deliver merchandise professionally and courteously, assisting customers as needed.
2. Report shipping errors to the supervisor.
3. Inspect the vehicle daily, report malfunctions, and maintain DOT compliance.
4. Complete all documentation accurately and daily.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Possession of a Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
3. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to operate warehouse equipment and both manual and automatic transmissions.
4. Flexible work hours and proven attendance record.
5. Ability to pass a road test and meet driving standards, including registration with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
6. Attention to detail and commitment to safety and respectful work practices.
7. Minimum age of 21 years old.
8. Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening, physical, and background check.
