Job summary

J Polep Distribution Services/NCD operates the Springfield VT operation, delivering dry, refrigerated and frozen products to convenience stores and institutions. Routes run Monday–Friday with home nights and weekends off, supporting a strong safety culture and solid benefits.

As a Class A CDL driver, you will load using a hand truck, follow DOT/state rules, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining efficient deliveries to our Northeast customers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL with current DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a tractor-trailer.
• Excellent driving, delivery and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use a hand truck.
• Able to work independently and follow DOT/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to stores and institutions.
• Load and unload products using a hand truck; floor loading.
• Service accounts by handling returns and empty containers.
• Maintain safe, compliant operation of vehicle and routes.

We are headquartered out of Chicopee, Massachusetts, and are growing. We are Looking for exceptional, class A drivers to join our team at our Springfield VT Operation.The delivery service would include delivering the product to stores, institutions, schools, hospitals, colleges and other retail establishments. Drivers usually make the delivery through our customer’s front door using a 2-wheel hand truck. Routes are sent out daily, Monday through Friday, and drivers are home every night and off on weekends.JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:Deliver dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to convenience stores, gas stations and other retail establishments.Product is floor loaded.Delivery is made using a hand truck.Service accounts by collecting returns, refusals, and empty containers.Operate a Class A Tractor/Trailer combination safely and in compliance with DOT and state regulations.BENEFITS INCLUDE:Monday -FridayLocal, regular routes – Home every night.
