Job summary

J Polep Distribution Services, a division of National Convenience Distributors, is seeking non-CDL delivery drivers for Chicopee, MA. You will deliver dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to convenience stores and other retail locations, typically on local routes with hand trucks.

The role emphasizes safe driving, DOT compliance, and exceptional customer service while supporting a fast-paced Northeast distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Medical card required under DOT standards.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to customers.
• Load products onto and unload using a hand truck.
• Service accounts by handling returns, refusals, and empty containers.
• Operate safely and in compliance with DOT and state regulations.
• Routes are local; drivers are home every night and weekends off.

We are headquartered out of Chicopee, Massachusetts, and are growing. We are Looking for exceptional, Non CDL drivers to join our team at our Chicopee, MA Operation.The delivery service would include delivering the product to stores, institutions, schools, hospitals, colleges and other retail establishments. Drivers usually make the delivery through our customer’s front door using a 2-wheel hand truck. Routes are sent out daily, Monday through Friday, and drivers are home every night and off on weekends.JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:Deliver dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to convenience stores, gas stations and other retail establishments.Product is floor loaded.Delivery is made using a hand truck.Service accounts by collecting returns, refusals, and empty containers.Operate safely and in compliance with DOT and state regulations.BENEFITS INCLUDE:Monday -FridayLocal, regular routes – Home every night.
