Job summary

J Polep Distribution Services/NCD is hiring non-CDL drivers for our Wilmington, MA operation. The role includes delivering dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to stores and other retail locations, with front-door hand truck deliveries and nightly home time.

Routes run Monday through Friday; you will follow safety rules, maintain a clean driving record, and provide excellent customer service to our customers while supporting a growing Northeast distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid class D Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow instructions and take directions.
• DOT medical standards compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to convenience stores, gas stations and other retail establishments.
• Product is floor loaded.
• Delivery is made using a hand truck.
• Service accounts by collecting returns, refusals, and empty containers.
• Operate safely and in DOT and state regulations.
• Routes are Monday–Friday with home every night and weekends off.

We are Looking for exceptional, Non CDL drivers to join our team at our Wilmington, MA Operation.The delivery service would include delivering the product to stores, institutions, schools, hospitals, colleges and other retail establishments. Drivers usually make the delivery through our customer’s front door using a 2-wheel hand truck.
