The Delivery Driver is responsible for making timely pickups and deliveries to Stonewall Kitchen company stores and vendors. The position performs other shipping and operational duties as needed when the delivery schedule permits.

Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Hourly rate: $25.00

Job Summary

• Load and unload truck or van using pallet jack and other appropriate equipment.
• Make regular deliveries to company stores on schedule as determined by management.
• Assist store personnel with unloading of deliveries as directed.
• Use warehouse management device to systematically load and unload product.
• Perform pickups and/or deliveries to or from vendors, Stonewall Kitchen facilities, stores, and other locations as directed.
• Perform general maintenance for company vehicles (e.g., check oil, fill fuel tank, remove snow, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and vehicles throughout and at the end of the shift.
• Complete and maintain daily DOT trucking log via Electronic Logging Device (ELD) including safety inspections.
• Report any conditions that need attention to the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• A valid CDL Class B driver's license with a clean driving record and no restrictions.
• A valid current Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Proper enrollment in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Must submit to and pass random Drug & Alcohol Testing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., twist, bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs.
• 3 years driving experience preferred.
• Experience with Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) preferred.
• Must be computer literate.
