Job summary

Wright Beverage Distributing – Le Roy, NY is seeking CDL A drivers for full-time routes. This role delivers beer and other products to retail customers in a well-supported service area, builds relationships with clients, and maintains DOT compliance while staying active and independent.

The position offers a 4-day work week, home daily schedule, paid training, solid benefits including health, dental & vision, a 401(k) with company match, PTO and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Class A CDL or CDL Permit.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move product safely throughout the workday.
• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer, beverages, and other products to retail customers across the service area.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Safely operate company vehicles while complying with DOT rules.
• Verify and unload product at customer locations.
• Collect payments and complete delivery paperwork when required.
• Return empties, pallets, and undelivered product to the warehouse.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, professional work area.

Physical Requirements
