Job summary

Wright Beverage Distributing in Rochester, NY is seeking a safety‑mocused CDL A driver to join our growing team. You will deliver beer and beverages to retail customers, build strong relationships, and maintain DOT compliance while operating company vehicles.

This full‑time role offers a 4‑day work week, home daily, paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, parental leave, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Class A CDL or CDL Permit.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move product throughout the day.
• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer, beverages, and other products to retail customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain DOT compliance.
• Verify and unload product at customer locations.
• Collect payments and complete delivery paperwork when required.
• Return empties, pallets, and undelivered product to the warehouse.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean work environment.
