Job summary

Culligan of San Antonio seeks a Delivery Driver to service a defined customer base, delivering Culligan products and upselling where appropriate. You will build lasting relationships, resolve issues, and contribute to revenue growth while adhering to a Monday–Friday schedule with some events or weekends as needed.

This role requires physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate a company truck (non-CDL).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a driving test issued by Culligan.
• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver products to customers according to daily route schedule.
• Input daily route data into phone for reporting delivered products, notes, updates, and payments.
• Follow a predetermined route safely and efficiently; communicate scheduling changes to route customer service representatives.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and assist with loading/unloading products.
• Deliver and upsell to a designated customer base within a geographic area.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to renew and expand business.
• Identify prospective customers and solicit new clients from the assigned base.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying satisfactory solutions and documenting outcomes.
