Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Delivery Driver in Midland, TX to deliver products along a daily route and maintain strong customer relationships. You will upsell, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery while handling paperwork and customer communications.

The role requires a dependable, customer-focused individual with a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass Culligan's driving test. Weekend or special event availability may be required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass a driving test issued by Culligan.

Responsibilities

• Drives a company truck (non-CDL) to deliver products to customer according to daily route schedule.
• Inputs daily route data into phone for reporting delivered products, customer notes & updates, and payments.
• Follows a predetermined route safely and communicates with route customer service about scheduling changes.
• Maintains a clean company vehicle.
• Loads and unloads product to and from the company vehicle.
• Delivers and upsells to a designated customer base within a geographic area.
• Builds strong customer relationships to renew business.
• Identifies prospective customers to solicit new clients.
