Job summary

Culligan 6TX in Texas is seeking a Route Driver to deliver Culligan products on a designated route. You will upsell, build lasting relationships with bottled water and salt customers, and provide exceptional service while generating additional revenue from existing accounts.

The role requires physical endurance, customer-facing sales, and availability Monday through Friday with occasional events or weekends, as approved by the supervisor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience).
Must pass a driving test issued by Culligan.
No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

Drive a company truck (non-CDL) to deliver products on the daily route schedule.
Input daily route data into phone for reporting deliveries, notes, and payments.
Maintain a clean vehicle and load/unload products as needed.
Deliver and upsell to designated customer base within a geographic area.
Build and renew customer relationships to generate additional revenue.
Identify prospective customers and solicit new business.
