AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store teams in a fast-paced, customer‑oriented environment. You will use company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and timely service.

Responsibilities include handling returns and pickups, assisting with product knowledge, and collaborating with store staff to build strong customer relationships. A valid license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries and accurate loading/unloading per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and manage transactions per policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles.
