You will work with store personnel to ensure reliable service and maintain accurate loading, unloading, and routing procedures. The role requires a valid driver's license, basic automotive knowledge, ability to lift and load merchandise, and a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial and DIY customers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of auto parts to customers.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products through AutoZone systems and maintain delivery vehicles.
