Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store teams with exceptional customer service and reliable automotive part deliveries. You will use company-provided vehicles to serve commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while maintaining accurate loading/unloading per route schedules.

Responsibilities include processing payments, adhering to safety policies, and staying informed on promotions and products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License & safety compliance per company requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
