Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support commercial and DIY customers with expert automotive guidance. You will use company vehicles to deliver parts, load/unload per schedule, and maintain safety standards.

No CDL required; full- and part-time positions with growth opportunities and competitive benefits are available. Ability to lift/move merchandise and work in a fast-paced retail environment is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
