Delaware Valley Floral Group Llc is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport floral products between distribution locations and customers. The role involves operating a company van and occasionally a refrigerated box truck, loading/unloading shipments, and supporting warehouse operations in a refrigerated environment.

The driver will follow routes, use GPS, ensure product quality, maintain vehicle safety, and adhere to DOT and company safety standards.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for operating a company van and occasionally a refrigerated box truck to shuttle products while supporting warehouse operations and maintaining product quality. The role directly contributes to reliable deliveries, operational efficiency, and excellent service to our internal and external partners.What You’ll Do• Safely operate a company van and occasionally a 16-ft refrigerated box truck to transport floral products between locations• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining product quality during transport• Load and unload shipments while properly handling floral products and related supplies• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle while reporting any maintenance concerns• Support warehouse operations, including working in refrigerated cooler environments and staging product for delivery• Use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse tools to move and manage inventory efficiently• Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS or maps to maximize efficiency and meet delivery timelines• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulationsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds, climb in and out of vehicles, and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading products throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation.Work is performed in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) as well as while operating delivery vehicles. The position requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods, as well as the ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Compensation & Benefits (What’s in it for you)The expected salary range for this position is listed above.
