Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Delivery Assistant to support our delivery team in Wichita Falls, TX. This front-line role involves working outdoors in various conditions and assisting the Delivery Driver to ensure timely beverage deliveries to local retailers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least one year of driving experience, and a High School diploma. Candidates should be team players with strong time management, communication, and math skills, plus a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Delivering required beverages to locations as specified by route.

• Stock all windows, cold boxes, coolers, shelves and displays in retail accounts quickly and efficiently as directed by Deliver Driver
• Effectively communicate issues and opportunities to the Delivery Driver
• Learn all deposit / reconciliation procedures.
• Learn product code dates for all brands and packages

Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting Delivery Drivers with the delivery of beverages to retail locations throughout the local community. This is a front-line role for servicing our customers. Delivery Assistants are responsible for partnering with the Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of beverages.

Job Duties:

• Delivering required beverages to locations as specified by route.
• Follow Delivery Drivers directions to make the deliveries run smoothly and accurately.
• Stock all windows, cold boxes, coolers, shelves and displays in retail accounts quickly and efficiently as directed by Deliver Driver
• Effectively communicate issues and opportunities to the Delivery Driver
• Learn all deposit / reconciliation procedures.
• Learn product code dates for all brands and packages

Want to be considered for this role? Must meet the following requirement:

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 160lbs and repetitively lift 50lbs

• Potential candidates are required to successfully complete a medical evaluation including a physical evaluation designed to test the ability to perform basic physical job requirements.

Initial compensation package includes the following with insurance coverage, beginning the first of the month following 30 days full-time employment:
