Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading food and beverage products and related supplies to customer locations according to scheduled routes and delivery windows. Daily tasks include verifying orders against invoices, maintaining accurate delivery records, handling products with care, and providing courteous, professional service to customers. The role also involves operating delivery vehicles and material‑handling equipment as needed, following all safety and traffic regulations, and communicating with the operations team about route issues, customer requests, or inventory concerns. The Delivery Driver may assist with warehouse support such as organizing inventory, rotating stock, and helping with basic equipment or vehicle cleanliness and readiness.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with operators and venue teams.
• Experience or aptitude in basic Sales and account support, including identifying customer needs and communicating product options or services.
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage products, including handling, storage, and basic product knowledge relevant to cafes, restaurants, and beverage programs.
• Ability to safely use material‑handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and Forklift Operation (certification or willingness to obtain is preferred).
• Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning related to safety, products, routes, and customer procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; eligibility to operate company delivery vehicles.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and containers of varying weights; comfortable with physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with reliability in meeting delivery schedules and completing documentation accurately.
