Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Delivery Assistant to help delivery drivers deliver beverages to retail locations in Wichita Falls, TX. This frontline role focuses on customer service and efficient deliveries with the Driver.

You will stock displays, follow driver directions, learn deposit procedures, and become familiar with product codes and dates while ensuring accurate route execution.

Qualifications

• CDL A license with a good driving record.
• Great work ethic and a team player.
• Great time management and strong math skills.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate.

Job description

This position is responsible for assisting Delivery Drivers with the delivery of beverages (Beer/Spirits) to retail locations throughout the local community. This is a front-line role servicing our customers. Delivery Assistants are responsible for partnering with the Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of beverages.

Job Duties:

• Deliver required beverages to locations as specified by route.
• Follow Delivery Drivers directions to make the deliveries run smoothly and accurately.
• Stock all windows, cold boxes, coolers, shelves and displays in retail accounts quickly and efficiently as directed by Deliver Driver
• Effectively communicate issues and opportunities to the Delivery Driver
• Learn all deposit / reconciliation procedures.
• Learn product code dates for all brands and packages

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 160lbs and repetitively lift 50lbs

Initial compensation package includes the following with insurance coverage beginning the first of the month following 30 days full time employment:
