Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. This Bakersfield, CA position offers an hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits as part of a total

Qualifications

• Must meet age and driver eligibility requirements.
• Valid state driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to obtain DOT certification if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; operate company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance records.
