MBR Management, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring a full-time delivery driver to serve the Scott AFB area and surrounding neighborhoods. You will deliver product, greet customers, and handle transactions with care and accuracy.

You will maintain delivery records, perform vehicle inspections, and communicate with dispatch to manage delays or changes. A strong customer-service mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with the Scott AFB area and local roads is a plus.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic mobile technology.
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or customer concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization's commitment to quality and reliability.
• Organize and manage delivery schedules to meet daily targets while maintaining flexibility for urgent requests.
