MBR Management Corporation, a Domino's Pizza franchise, seeks a reliable Delivery Driver for the Springfield location. You will deliver orders across Springfield and surrounding areas with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer care.

You will plan routes, maintain records, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding company standards. Flexibility and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report Check.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes within Springfield and surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy.
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
