Qualificações

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

• Proficiency in route planning and navigation (GPS and map reading).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely (up to 50 lbs regularly).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to meet daily delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Load, unload, and secure packages and goods in the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and protection.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage promptly.
• Meet or exceed daily delivery targets while maintaining quality service standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
