MBR Management, a Domino's franchise in O'Fallon, IL, is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to bring pizzas and other orders to customers in the O'Fallon area. You will be the face of the brand, delivering items with safety and courtesy.

Responsibilities include operating a vehicle safely, navigating routes with GPS, handling payments, and maintaining records. Flexible hours are available, with tips earned daily and advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean MVR.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with the O'Fallon area or willingness to learn local routes (preferred).
• Basic navigation skills and comfort using GPS technology (preferred).
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery.

• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule.
