We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Florissant, United States location (12317 Old Halls Ferry Rd.). As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our valued customers throughout the community. This role offers the flexibility and independence you're looking for while making a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and passionate about providing exceptional service with every delivery.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Florissant area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and address any delivery-related inquiries or concerns
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle products with care and ensure they arrive in excellent condition
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance goals
• Collaborate with team members and management to support overall operational success

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing circumstances
• Physical capability to load, unload, and handle deliveries
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery commitments
• Positive attitude and genuine customer service orientation
• Preferred: Familiarity with the Florissant area and local geography
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
