You’ll work with dispatch to optimize routes, greet customers professionally, and maintain records. Prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus; flexible hours and weekend availability may apply.

Qualificações

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Festus location. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll manage your own route, navigate efficiently through neighborhoods, and ensure every delivery is handled with care and professionalism. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned territories within Festus and surrounding areas
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling inquiries with courtesy and empathy
• Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Handle packages and products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
• Navigate using GPS and mapping technology to locate addresses and optimize route efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any challenges encountered
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Festus area and surrounding neighborhoods
