Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle approved for delivery use.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructions or issues.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, roadworthy condition.
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct locations.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while upholding company standards and values.
• Represent the organization positively through professional appearance, courteous behavior, and reliable attendance.
