Job summary

MBR Management Corporation is hiring a Delivery Driver for our Louisville location on Preston Highway. You will safely deliver orders, plan efficient routes, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining vehicle integrity and accurate records.

Requirements include being 18+, having a valid driver's license and a clean MVR, access to a reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to pass background checks. Prior delivery or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean MVR.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and MVR verification.
• Strong time management and customer-focused communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders throughout the Louisville area following traffic laws and safety standards.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point and ensure a positive brand experience.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate issues or delays to management promptly.
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after shifts and report maintenance needs or damage.
• Handle packages with care to ensure orders arrive in excellent condition.
• Collect payments when applicable and process transactions accurately.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparency.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and adhere to appearance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support operational goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to navigate routes effectively using GPS technology and map reading
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine willingness to provide outstanding customer service
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
