MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a Delivery Expert at our Louisville Dixie Highway location. This part-time role puts you on the front line, delivering hot pizzas with a smile and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You'll navigate routes with GPS, handle payments, maintain your vehicle, and represent the brand professionally while helping drive a busy delivery operation. Must be 18+, have a valid license, and pass an MVR check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history (18) or 1 year (19+).
• Access to an insured vehicle in good working condition.
• MVR check required.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet delivery schedules.
• Familiar with GPS/navigation and mobile tech.
• Ability to lift and carry deliveries safely.

• Deliver products to customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining accurate delivery records
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize time management
• Communicate clearly with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe, reliable transportation
• Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely
• Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries throughout your shift, adapting to changing circumstances with resilience
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety
• Provide detailed feedback on delivery attempts and customer interactions to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily delivery goals and operational targets

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to an insured vehicle in good working condition that can be used for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
