Job summary

WOC Energy is seeking a CDL Propane Delivery Driver to safely load, transport and deliver propane to residential and commercial customers. You’ll inspect vehicles, follow DOT and company safety standards, and coordinate with dispatch to meet on-time delivery goals.

Compensation is $30 per hour with benefits including health insurance options, HSA/FSA, 401(k) with match, paid holidays and PTO, life/AD&D coverage, disability coverage, EAP, and optional coverages.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather.
• Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours.
• Commitment to following safety procedures without exception.
• Experience with residential/commercial customers is a plus.
• Familiarity with DOT inspections and compliance standards.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location.

• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs require.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

• You’re consistently completing safe, on-time deliveries while following DOT, safety, and company standards.
• Customers recognize you as a reliable point of contact and trust you in their homes and facilities.
• Your truck inspections, paperwork, and electronic reporting are accurate and completed daily.
• You’re comfortable participating in the on-call rotation and communicating clearly when schedules change.

What You’ll Actually Do in Your First 30 Days

• Complete onboarding, safety training, and ride-alongs to learn EDP delivery routes and procedures
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (DDVIR) and document findings accurately
• Begin independent deliveries with support from dispatch and service teams
• Learn how we communicate with customers, handle after-hours calls, and elevate service needs appropriately

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Pay: $30 per hour
