Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Delivery Driver to handle delivery, setup, and pickup of all equipment for customers. The role involves loading/unloading and about 85% travel, with home every evening. This is a full-time position based in Lowell, Arkansas.

Responsibilities include delivering and setting up equipment, verifying paperwork, and coordinating with Sales Representatives. Strong attention to detail and reliable communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of box truck driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up equipment at customer sites.
• Move equipment up and down stairs using a dolly.
• Install and remove accessories on equipment at customer locations.
• Verify paperwork, equipment, serial numbers and ID tags.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives and customers en route.
• Deliver and pick up equipment to other GFI Branch locations weekly.
• Load/unload truck during scheduled deliveries.
• Track and monitor parts, supplies and equipment delivered to the warehouse.
• Set up equipment at customer sites including toner and developer when needed.
• Address delivery issues with Sales Administrator and note issues in R&A comments.
• Monitor and return leased equipment.
• Prepare transfers for equipment weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery truck.
• Keep warehouse neat and swept.
• Address customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist Sales Teams with customer issues as needed.
• Willing to work overtime when needed to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Delivery Driver Job Summary:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery, set up and pick up of all equipment in a timely and safe manner. Must be able to load/unload equipment and ensure the proper equipment is delivered at each location. This Driver will travel about 85% of the time and will be home each evening.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery and set-up of equipment to new and existing customer sites
• Move equipment up and down stairs using a dolly at customer locations
• Install and remove accessories on equipment at customer locations
• Verify paperwork, equipment, serial numbers and ID tags are accurate and complete
• Contact Sales Representatives and customers when in route to delivery
• Deliver and pick up equipment to other GFI Branch locations weekly
• Load/unload truck during weekly, scheduled deliveries
• Check-in equipment and ready/notate equipment transferring back to and from other branches
• Track and monitor all parts, supplies and serialized/non-serialized equipment delivered to the warehouse
• Set up equipment at customer sites which includes toner and developer when needed
• Address any delivery issues with Sales Administrator and make note of such issues in the comment section of R&A
• Monitor and return leased equipment
• Prepare transfers for equipment weekly
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery truck
• Keep warehouse neat and swept
• Address all customer issues quickly, professionally and without bias
• Assist Sales Teams with customer issues as needed
• Willing to work overtime when needed to ensure deliveries are completed
