Job summary

Mittera Creative + Tech is seeking a Delivery Driver to handle local and out-of-state deliveries using company trucks up to 3 tons. You will load, secure, and deliver loads to clients, and provide reliable service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to read scales and perform basic math. Hours vary; competitive benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 years driving experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Ability to read scales and record measurements (basic math skills).
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver items locally or out-of-state in a safe, timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and weight compliance.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client questions/ complaints.
• Adhere to routes and schedules; maintain safe driving record.
• Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, forklifts.
• Prepare reports and other delivery-related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

Delivery Drivers are responsible for local and long-distance driving company vehicle with a capacity of more than 3 tons to deliver and pick up loads of finished product, goods, materials and paper stock. This position must maintain, clean, inspect and operate the Company truck and van. When not operating a company vehicle, they provide support with shipping/receiving functions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver items to clients or businesses locally or out-of-state in a safe, timely manner
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, in good condition, and meet weight requirements
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Provid excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

• Requires working around and operating departmental equipment
• Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility
• Requires the ability to function in a professional manner under stressful circumstances
