Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking a Mobile Sleep Expert to elevate the customer experience during showroom visits and in on-site settings. You will explain adjustable mattresses, emphasize comfort, and build trust with a diverse customer base.

Ideal candidates are 21+, can lift 200+ lbs with assistance, hold a valid driver’s license, and can access required IDs or credentials. This full-time role includes on-the-job training and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have and maintain identification for access to certain locations.

What you bring to the truck…

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
