• Double-check every order before it leaves.
• Take phone orders and process payments accurately.
• Reconcile cash, tips, and mileage with the manager at shift end.
• Assist with in-shop tasks between delivery runs.

Delivery Driver — Greenwood Village, CO

$600 sign-on bonus. Tips paid out every shift. Mileage reimbursement on every delivery.

Base pay $19.29/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Our drivers averaged $31.45/hour including tips over the past six months.

Flexible scheduling. Start within 5 days of applying. No CDL required — just your own car and a good driving record.

Your $600 sign-on bonus

Paid $100/month for six months while you're actively working and in good standing. No hoops.

What you'll actually do

• You’ll deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area — short routes, familiar territory, no long hauls.
• Between deliveries, you’ll work in-shop and get paid for that time too.
• Learn your routes and get orders out fast and safely.
• Double-check every order before it leaves.
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately.
• Reconcile your cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end.
• Pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs.

Pay and benefits

• Driver Maintenance Reimbursement: $0.43-$0.52 per mile to offset wear on your vehicle

Part-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.

Qualifications

• 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle
• Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets)
• Must pass an MVR check
