Job summary

Berkshire Production Supply LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver for our Fort Wayne, IN facility. You will load, transport, and deliver products, maintaining safety and accuracy while supporting customers’ manufacturing needs.

The role emphasizes superior customer service, on-time deliveries, and adherence to routes with strong knowledge of local geography. A valid license, 21+ age, and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages that can weigh up to 70lbs.
• Thorough knowledge of geography and roadways of assigned territory.
• Customer‑centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer‑focused company.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and interpersonal are required.
• Alert & professional appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Superior customer service where going above and beyond is the norm
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating superior customer service and setting the example for other staff
• A professional presence that creates trust and credibility
• Loading, transporting, and delivering high‑quality products to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Assists with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
• Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and delivered to the correct customers
• Adheres to assigned routes and follows schedules
• Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record
• Prepares reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Assists with warehouse duties (picking orders, cycle counts, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned

We’re looking for an Delivery Driver to join our team. Working as an Delivery Driver, you will play a pivotal role with supporting our customers’ manufacturing process & capabilities. Delivery Drivers can effectively support our customers remotely via our facilitybut inventory replenishments and delivery will require an onsite visit.
